Jamie Downs specializes in building rugged mobility solutions, focusing on composite process development, vehicle prototyping, and turnkey solutions. From motorsport hoods to ballistic panels, and reverse-engineered military hulls to clear-carbon architectural panels, I assist teams in swiftly transforming ideas into certified, production-ready parts. Our family business has produced over 9,000 assembled bodies across 65 body styles and has since expanded into full turnkey builds and chassis integration. I drove innovations such as silicone-members close-molding, reusable infusion processes, and composite armor/light-weight solutions, while also submitting multiple patents to support marketing and product teams.

Theo Singh is an engineering leader and product builder specializing in rugged mobility solutions, automation, and next generation materials. He has successfully led large scale hardware programs in food tech, robotics, and consumer product innovation. Currently, he drives ImpactWorx, where he is bringing  composite systems to new markets across tactical, industrial, and logistics applications, offering turnkey solutions.
